HOW TO APPLY
Applications for Pacific STEP-UP (Hawaii, American Samoa, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Island, Guam and Palau) will open October 15th, 2025. The deadline for applications is February 15th, 2026.
